I really need to remember this place. Everytime I do something in reality I'm all "I'm sooo going to blog about this!" Or 'Just wait til I blog it on my online journal....' DAN DAN DAN(music). But it never happens.
Ok, whats new?

 I bought an iMAC. The new adobe creative cs4 suite. Includes Photoshop cs4, Illustrator cs4, Indesign cs4. And others, but they are the main programs I use for graphic designing. I had to buy the Office mac 2008 pack to, which shitted me.. as I thought the system would come with some sort of document program... Lame as. I'm going to get the Flash pack, as I'll be doing animation and filming very soon. Everything is so shiny!

Weekend was a blast. Saw Bury you Dead in sydney. Fucking amazing gig. Saw some other awesome bands... fuck yea. So good. A bit cut because wish for wings played at the qld set and not ours... even though I just saw them about a month ago. Lol.

FUCKING DYLAN MORAN! YES! I got tickets to the Sydney show! Missed out on the Canberra one though... which sucks.. But its ok! Sydney is probably going to be bigger. Ady and I are going with a very good scottish friend. We're going to have so much fun! But that day or the day after is Ady and my anniversary... so Dylan Moran is our present. I dont know what else we will do. I would like to go to the pancake parlour, lol. Love that place.

Oh also, I have found another new love. A place called Newtown. I was at awe walking down the main street of Newtown. So dirty, so gritty, so awesome! Everywhere I turned there was someone with a mohawk. Punk kids everywhere. I loved it. I cant wait to go again... and we will. I kind of want to live there. Felt so at home with the craziness.

ADys sisters had a baby. Woo! So during easter we're going to QLD to meet the new addiction! We're staying for about ten days, hehehe. Mum and dad are a bit cut I think, as I havent seen them since christmas.. and they said they would like to see us. But I shall see my parents soon... I hope. I miss them.

Friday night. Oh my god. Friday night. I went to HMAS Harmen to get stupidly drunk. So drunk. It was real fun. 2$ shots all night. Yeh, I saw my stomach lining the very next day. Fantastic!

So anyways. At school I'm doing pretty good. 100% at a test, Ya, take that! 97% at another. Then 89% Haha. Lets just hope I go back up instead of going down. Haha. But I'm feeling pretty confident. I have more exams this week... and a poster due. Fun fun fun!

Its been a while, huh?
Well, alot has been happening. Fires, drought, crazy winds. What else can this country get? Oh yeh, floods.
My parents live down in Victoria (But having a vacation in Malaysia at the moment), and they live 3 hours from the fires. Quite scary. They aren't that worried about it, hence being in a complete different country. I wouldn't do it. Crazy parents.

I had my most awesomest friend, Tara come stay with me for some time. So good. First week we went to the Wish For Wings gig. Quite brutal. Saw some really talented local hardcore bands. Really really good talent, very suprised. One of mates were in the first band. Lucky basard is playing with 50 Lions very soon. Now that show is going to awesome.

A couple of weeks ago we went to Soundwave 09. Fucking awesome.

Yeh, I creamed my pants when I was watching 36 Crazyfists. So good. So

anyway... we got there on time. Actually a tad bit early. Thought, you know, 'this is good'. But no. Fuck no. The fucking line was insane. It took us 3ish hours to get in the motherfucking place. Srsly, sad. I could hear Less Than Jake playing, I cried. Haha. And alot of other bands.

And, what made the day even more horrible, I missed Evergreen Terrance. Fuck that. Didn't even book to see them on the 'sidewaves'. I so should of. BLEH! I'm hoping they will come back to Australia very very soon. Maylene and the sons of diasters were amazing! Just simply amazing. Weird combo, but I love it.

The internationl superheros of hardcore - halarious! The guys from New found glory. Couldn't stop laughing. In Flame weren't as good as I thought. So glad I got to see NIN. Apparently this is their last year touring, so I feel lucky. I didnt get to see Alice in Chains... meh, not so fazed. 6 stages, I couldn't see all of the bands... way to awesome. I really wished I went to the Melbourne(as we went to the Sydney one) one as well... but it clashes with school and Adys work. Blllleh.

This coming Saturday we are going to watch Parkway Drive. It'll be like my 10 millionth time seeing those guys. Really do an awesome show. I might taste blood after that night, bwhahhahahhaa.

So, I've taken up Photography as an elective course with my graphic designing course. Its really good. Still confused with the whole shutter/aperture.... exposure stuff... I get confused about how to calcute it. But we're in the middle of a workshop teaching us how to use the right exposure in what kind of lighting. SO much difference when you know what your doing. And... right now, I dont think I can take photos on auto anymore, just doesn't look as good... Haha

So I bought a Canon E0S 450D, Digital SRL with a  EFS 18-55mm lens. But it also came with a EFS 55-250mm lens. 

I also own a Nikon powershot... basically when I go out in the town. So it doesn't really matter if I drop it.

I'm so inlove with this new addition to the family.

Lol, it isn't very good. But then again, I'm not the best photographer. I need alot to learn. But its just so fun.

 
Ok, I really gotta do some work. I have a benfanti poster to get started on and also my credit crunch report and logos. Eep. I have two other essays/reports.. No idea when I'll start those. Should really organise my shit, haha.

Well, I have two more days of uni fun. Today was more of a social get together, haha. Finished my stuff early and such.

So the past week, we were invaded by people. We planned to have a LAN party. Bwhahaha. It was fun. SO many games.... so many killings... 'DIE ZOMBIES DIE!' Kinda killings. I didn't get to play left 4 dead much, which made me very sad. I was a spectator. But, yes, so many games. Even had noise complaints from our neighbours... which is funny. He said that we weren't all that loud at 2am (This is when we were killings zombies... really really loudly), but at 3am when we were on the balconcy for less than 15mins having a smoke. He told us that the sound outside travels more. Its strange. And I don't like that guy. So now I laugh really loudly on purpose, outside. Bwhahaha.

Anyway, we planned on having a LAN party. !!! BUT, it turned more into a painting warhammer models party. WTF.

Ok, so, an awesome scottish mate of mine got me into warhammer models. WAIT! Before I go on. I don't play warhammer models. True, I play Dawn of War and I have played Warhammer ONLINE but these are computer games. I DON'T however, play with the models. Because... you know... thats just geeky. BWhahahahhaa. So I paint them. We're making a diorama out of them. I made one of an orc cutting a space marine in half. Yeesss. BRING ON THE BLOOD AND

GORE. So much blood, makes my toes tingle. I'll add photos!! YAAAAAAAAAY!

So yes, we did alot of painting. I'm quite surprised at how well I paint. Like, I do paint. On canvase. But this is the first time I have ever painted a model. *so proud* Bwhahahhahaa

Oh something quite gross. Adrian has been waiting to eat what he calls a 'Quad-stack'. Basically its two double cheeseburgers put together. From

hungry Jacks. So gross. Last week he decided he guts were up to it. I seriously thought he wouldn't make it. Looked like he was going to die from so much meat *cracks dirty sex joke*. But really, it was a alot of meat. He did suffer from a meat headache. And the gut pains. Bwhahahha. Serves him right. Couldn't believe he finished it all. Gross. But he is going one step further. 8 meat paties. WTF. No way. Oh, and thats not the worse of it. He smelt so bad. Not just the farts. His sweat smelt like meats. Dirty dirty hungry jacks (Burger king, for you guys playing in another country) meats. So this may not be a huge deal to some people.... as I've told a couple and they are like 'ah, yea, so?' Damn them. Damn them all!!

God damn its hot. When I go outside, my face melts. Srsly that hot. Yesterday, it was so damn hot that my eye balls were sweating. SWEATING. Yeh, doesn't get any hotter than that.... or does it? Ok, it really does. As yesterday wasn't really all the hot... just I like to complain about the weather.

So anyways. I've been really busy these past couple of weeks. I haven't stopped jumping up and down from the joy and joyness I'm feeling in my bellies. Yes, bellies. I have two. I like to tell people I have two because of my big appetite. Anyways, back to my joyness. We have settled in quite well. Decide to lash out and buy some new toys. Shopping around for ages and finally found the perfect - everything.  New TV. The LG 42" Scarlett (You know, the one with the ever so annoying ad? Ya, that one). Its so shiny and clear.. and uh, shiny. Oh and red at the back too. AND SWIVELS. Good for tteh gamings. A surround sound system, also by LG. Not sure with the specs. But its good. SO good. And shiny, that matches the TV. SHINY! Loving the wireless sound system for the back two speakers. Can't wait to try out the blue ray-ness. HD is so good. I was watching just normal day time TV yesterday... I could see everything. Yah, its my first time really to be exposed to normal day time TV High definition-ness. So good. LOl, Dr. Phil on HD is a laugh. I see all his hairs and makeup crudd. Bwhahahhahaa. Crudd.

We also lashed out with a new couch. Full of comfort. One of those long bits hang out, like a laying down bit. Can't quite think of the name. But its good and lazy-like. Its getting delivered on Friday. Woo! Oh and got a wall unit for the TV and DVDs/CDs and books. We have many.

Ady got himself a present too. Eletric guitar and amp. Ok, so, we're living in an apartment. There are 10 floors. We're in the middle somewhere. He buys an amp. Its fricken loud. I'm just waiting for noise compliants. Hahaha.

And my personal favourite. Family guy - World domination DVD pack. All 7 season with two movies in Stewies big head. Bwhahahahhaa. So cute. We just had too. Mainly because of the look. I mean, come on. Who doesn't want a massive Stewie head in their longue? Has room for any other seasons that will come out in the future. Yaaay!  

Well, I'm feeling quite overwelmed with all this... stuff. And thats not the end of it. I bought some other DVDs and anime... oh, and getting games. Today. Yes. My ps3 is feeling happy.

I need to take photos of this stuff to, so I can send to my parents. Mum is like 'PHOTOS!! SHOWW MEH!'. Silly asians, always talking about photos and thaangs. So I might as well post them when everything is in place.

Oh, and uni starts very soon. Quite excited. *dances with her pants* 

So, right now I'm sitting in the dinning/lounge part of my new apartment and loving it. All day yesterday I unpacked everything, it was so much fun. The kitchen is fucking awesome. Just the right size for me. Its so shiny. Saturday night, Ady decided to cook pasta. We have one of those electric stoves. And realised it wasn't working until it was close to serving, how he didn't notice is beyond me. As the stove is meant to light up a bright glowing red. I'm all 'Did you turn it on by the 'on' button?" He's like "You don't need too, you just turn the knob and its meant to work.  So anyway, he cooked the pasta using the mircowave, lol. After eating, I went to wash up and found a switch. With the word 'Oven' written on it. BINGO! Hahaha. I turned around and all the black circles on the stoves are glowing red. -_-" But you see, this switch isn't very close to the oven, so its kind of random where it is. But I guess, its where all the other switches are, like for the kettle and whatnot.

Oh, did I mention my mother is crazy? Thursday, I think it was. She came back from her daily shopping and was like 'Oh, I bought you guys a juicer, because you said you like juice!" WTF! So we have this huge motherfucking juicer on the floor. No place to put it. Way too big. And she gave us a sandwich press maker, george forman grill and those electric pots. All brand new. Wtf. Our kitchen is medium size, a right size for us. But we don't have room for all this. Can't wait to use the sandwich press. Cheese and ham toasted sandwiches, here I come!

We have this awesome cucoo clock. Mum and dad bought it from Switzland. So awesome. But, god damn its annoying. Srsly thinking of turning it off. I turned off the bird and the song that goes every half hour *shoots self*. But the ticking and the tocking is driving me insane!

Gah, fucked up my post by posting it already, bllllah. anyhhooo.

So, back to the trees. There are thousands. I'm right next to a huge park. Haig park, I think its called? Huge. Right next door. I can almost touch the city to my right. I love it.

So, the plans. Tuesday we're doing our shoppping for more furniture. Not so sure about the new TV as yet... might shop around a bit more. There is this LG HD tv called 'Scarlett' with a hole at the base that lights up.  Just looks awesome, and the price is quite reasonable in JB hi-fi at the moment. Joy!
We're going to have a house warming party, but have to wait for some others to finished their course... but thats like 4-5 months away. So, I think we're going to have a mini house warning party.. then a bigger one later when the others finish their course.

Ady is gonna kill me. I have hello kitty everywhere. Have I mentioned I have a hello kitty fetish? Well, I do. Its horrible. Its everywhere. Well... in the kitch. longue. Bedroom. In the bathroom I have a cute alien thing hanging there... bwhahaha. We need more pirate stuff. We have two flags. Our mugs, yaaaarrr! And the pirate skull bottle opener magnet.

Oh, something I found amusing. Next to the dinning table, there is a window. This window has a see through hot pink curtin. The only one in the whole apartment. So random. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw it. Pretty gay, but I'm keeping it!

Also, I'm inlove with our bathroom. Best ever.

So, I'm going to run around in circles now. (I can run in a circle in this place from the bedroom bathroom,kitchen, dinning area all at once). This place is very around, fairly funky.

We got an APARTMENT!! *jumps for joyness* YEAH, take that with apples!
At first, we really thought we wouldn't get it. It had 14 applicants and its just too good for us. But, for some strange reason we got it. Its awesome! In in an apartment building with is really new. I'm pretty sure is 5 years old. 1 bedroom, so we're looking for one of those couches that turn into a bed for mates to stay over. Two balconies. 2!! One is on the corner (we're the corner room), so it has two openings from the lounge and dinning area. And other balcony from the bedroom. A funky weird curvy wall, which is love. Haha. Nice middle sized kitchen. New stainless steal applicances! So we don't have to buy fridge/dishwasher etc. Oh, the place is full furnished. So it has TV, couch, bed, washing machine, dryer... pretty much everything you need. And a reverse cycle air conditioner! That was one thing I really wanted.... as it gets really cold up there, and also really hot. The bathroom is really nice, and has two ways of entering... which is strange and unnecessary. But whatever.

So tomorrow the papers are going to be signed... and then we have to wait for Monday to pick up the keys. Gaaaaay. I really can't wait. But I need the time to pack my shit. And oh... my god. I never knew how many dvds and games I own. I own alot. Over 100 dvds and thats not including my box sets. So many games. So maaany! So I'm thinking I won't take it all. I dont need it alllll now. I need to get a removalist to take all my pots and pans... hello kitty toaster.. hello kitty alarm... hello kit- oh ahem! I mean, what? oh and our brand new bbq. Hells yeh, we got one! It'll look lovely on top of the balcony.

Oh another thing. The place is 1.1km from the city. A little bit more for my uni. But, its all walkable(that even a word?) distance! Things just seem too good right now, so I'm waiting for something horrible to happen... Oh, its gonna happen.

So thats my news.

Tonight I'm going to hang out with my Taraface. We're gonna watch some movies. I'm pretty sure we're going to get drunk friday and saturday... for you know, the celebrations. Haha. Haven't been out for a couple of weeks... Eek.

So, I'm off to ponder some more about what to take and what not to take. Yes! 

7 house inspections today. 7!! Holy shit. In my books, thats a lot of houses to look at. A little too many... All up there are 43 houses. But I highly doubt they will be looked at by us. So, we have our heart set on this one particular apartment. Fully furnished, all appliances, very quick walk to uni and a short drive to work. Like you could walk to work. Comes with electricals, like TV and sound system. Lol. Even though I would like my own. You know, those massive HD flatscreen type TVs I can't offord. But saving for one. Across the road is a lovely park. And the city is a 10 minute walk. I could grab a coffee on the way to uni. Oh, happy day. Haha. But you knnow, I really shouldn't have my heart on this place... Canberra has got alot of people looking for places this time of year. Unfornately. And it sucks big poo.

Wait, that 7 went to a 6. Just got the news its taken. Boo. So now 42 places. Hm. 42, probably the best number in the world. Because it is the ultimate answer.

So hopefully I have less than two weeks here in my hometown before the move. I'm spending time with my best friend, Tara. Well, most of my time anyway. As I know I will miss her ooh so dearly. Its so crazy. When I was up in Queensland I was acting all Peter Griffin, "Wonder what the gusy are doing?" all the time. Quite sad. But it'll be ok when I'm busy studying and stuff up in Canberra.... We already stated to her that we're going to kidnap her and take her to Mt. Kosciusko(Highest Mountain in Australia). For a holiday. I think we're doing that in July/August. Depends on work and uni... oh and the money thing. Eek.

Talking with a friend the other day. I really don't miss my home town at all. Well, kinda. Alot of the people here are psychos. So she gets a sms from some random chick going do you know K***** M******. My friend replies with a no and a why, she really does know this person... but not well enough to just give her number away. Then this random is like, 'I want her number. I'm gonna fuck her up, she a bitch rah rah bullshit'.  .... .... 0_o Srsly? People like this still exist. Oh, another lovely story of a bogan. A typical bogan too. Ady and I were at Coles(Supermarket) just to get essentials liek smokes and alcohol(lulz). Here is this typical bogan.. poorly educated, wearing cheap clothing and swearing off his nut. But there are some things that Keiran Mckellan wrote that I found rather amusing.... things that just shouldn't be licked. So here are ten things you should never, ever, under any circumstances consider licking.
